I am Speaking at GDC 2015

At this upcoming GDC in San Francisco I’ll be speaking alongside Sebastian Nußbaum about Long Term Retention.

Specifically :

1. Going through an overview of the market situation and why focusing on long-term retention is the best strategy.

2. Discussing how to evaluate concepts and prototypes to ensure they can deliver on strong long term retention.

From there, Sebastian Nußbaum will discuss the production of Agent Alice (Wooga’s latest HO game) and Pearl’s Peril. How they used Story and strong production processes to deliver a high quality game that lasts for years.
